In a world governed by rigid narratives and digital chains, eLxAr is the untraceable signal screaming from the underground. Known only as “The Rebels” they operates within the static between frequencies.
eLxAr doesn’t fight with blades or spells; they fight with interference. By hacking into the very logic of power: be it a corrupt politician’s broadcast or a corporation’s security grid, eLxAr delegitimizes the enemy until their authority collapses into a total narrative blackout.
When eLxAr is summoned, the signal of the establishment is replaced by the neon soaked sounds of their dissidence.
Skills
Background Noise: A constant stream of rebel interference. Deals passive damage every turn, regardless of the Collective’s success.
Systemic Discredit: The enemy’s propaganda begins to fail. Reduces the effectiveness of enemy actions (Base Damage and Hit Chance).
Note: Extremely effective against political or corporate foes.
Mass Interference: Structural manipulation. Destabilizes the enemy’s foundation, reducing their Max HP and making their special abilities unpredictable and erratic.
NARRATIVE BLACKOUT: The ultimate shutdown. Upon summoning, there is a chance (scaling with Level) to completely disable all enemy abilities for 2 turns.
At Level 100, the Blackout is guaranteed (100% chance).
The enemy is stripped of their power, reduced to desperate, basic attacks.
